Who we are
GoBiz TechWorks LLP, Pune ("we") runs gobiztechworks.com and its brands — GoBiz TechWorks, CiViLSENSE.Ai, GoBiz Media and Multi Services and CiViLSENSE Social Foundation. This policy explains how we handle your personal data.
What we collect
Details you give us in the contact or waitlist form: name, email, phone, organisation, topic and message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (browser, device, approximate region from IP address) for security and to show region-appropriate content.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that counts visits in total, without identifying you. Your theme and language choice are saved only in your own browser and are never sent to us.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide the service you ask for, send waitlist updates you signed up for, prevent spam and keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Service providers
Cloudflare (website hosting and cookie-free analytics), Google (form entries are stored in Google Sheets and notifications are sent through Gmail) and Titan (email). Some of them may process data outside India. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: as long as needed to respond and follow up, and not more than 24 months. Waitlist: until the product launches or you ask us to remove you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to [email protected].
Children
This website is not meant for children. School sessions of CiViLSENSE Social Foundation are arranged through schools; we do not collect students' personal data through this website.

Grievance contact: Sagar G., GoBiz TechWorks LLP, Patwardhan Baug, Erandwane, Pune 411004, Maharashtra, [email protected]. If your concern is not resolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
